Nonce Security provides smart contract security services. This policy says what personal data we collect through noncesec.im and its forms, why we collect it, and what you can ask of us.

2What we collect
What you send in a form: your name, work email, Telegram handle, organisation, the links and the message you write, and the two consent choices you make.
What your browser sends when you visit: your IP address, the page you asked for, the time, and your browser’s user agent, kept in our server logs.
We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive personal data such as health or political information.
3How we use it
To answer your request and prepare a quote, because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a contract).
To deliver the services you order, because we have a contract with you or your organisation.
To keep the website and our systems secure and working, because we have a legitimate interest in doing so.
To email you news about our services, only if you ticked that box, because you consented. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
6International transfers
We store personal data in the European Union.
When a provider processes data outside it, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and we choose providers that protect data to the same standard.
7How long we keep it
We keep a request and the messages around it for as long as we need to answer it and to serve you, and for at most 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer. Then we delete it.
Server logs are kept for a short time to keep the website secure, then deleted.
8Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit, access limited to the people who need it, and systems kept up to date.
No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee that data will never be exposed. If a breach puts your rights at risk, we will tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
9Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
You can withdraw your consent to news by email at any time, by replying to any message or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before.
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular where you live or work.
10Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, the new version gets a new date at the top of this page. If a change matters to how we use your data, we will say so before it applies.
