These terms apply to your use of noncesec.im, the website of Nonce Security. By using it, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.
2The website
The website gives information about our services and publishes reports our clients chose to make public. It is offered as is, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time.
3Our services
A quote or a request sent through the website is not a contract. Every engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, and that agreement prevails over these terms.
4Audit reports
A report reviews the code of one repository at one commit and at one point in time. Code changed or deployed later is outside it.
A report is not a guarantee that the code is secure or free of defects, not an endorsement of a project or its team, and not financial, legal or investment advice.
Published reports are shared for information. Do not rely on one alone to decide whether to use, invest in or trust a project.
5Acceptable use
Do not attack the website, test its security without our written permission, overload it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or use its forms to send spam, false information or anything unlawful.

6Intellectual property
The website, its content and the reports belong to Nonce Security or to their owners. You may quote short parts with a link to the source. Any other copying needs our written permission.

The website links to other sites, such as code repositories and block explorers. We do not control them, and their own terms and policies apply to them.
8Blockchain risks
Blockchain transactions are irreversible, smart contracts and protocols can fail or be exploited, and digital assets can lose their value. You decide, and carry the risk of, how you use any protocol.

Except where the law does not allow it, we give no warranty about the website or its content, express or implied, including that it is accurate, complete, available or fit for a purpose.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or funds, that arise from your use of the website.
Our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to $100. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.

When we change these terms, the new version gets a new date at the top of this page and applies from then on.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction to be confirmed, and its courts decide any dispute about them, unless the law gives you the right to go to the courts where you live.
